At RAW, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship, but if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Ensure items are in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
